Tender description
The consultant will provide appropriate detailed responses to key conditions identified by the Combined Authority, in consultation with the Council, as required prior to commencement of the access road and remediation works on Langthwaite Enterprise Zone. The conditions we are seeking to discharge are: Arboriculture Method Statement (AMS) and Tree Protection Plan (Arboricultural Survey and Impact statement Utilities Plans); Ecology Impact Assessment (EcIA) (Preliminary Ecology Assessment and Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment.
