On behalf of DDLETB you are hereby invited to tender for the services of a Registered Architect, to act as Design Team Lead, PSDP, Designer, Employer’s Representative and Cost Controller, including the buying in of services of a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultant, Fire Safety Consultant and Quantity Surveyor, for the refurbishment and installation of Electrical Apprenticeship Workshops and associated classrooms in Loughlinstown Training Centre
