About the buyer
Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust runs hospital and community services in Northumberland and North Tyneside as an NHS trust with its own procurement team. A panel of staff and service users scores each tender against published criteria. Health and social care contracts can qualify for a lighter procurement regime with no EU advertising duty.
