Tender description
To provide safe, effective and agile care to patients who are discharged under the Discharge to Assess (D2A) scheme and are admitted into a residential/nursing home. This will also include end of life patients. Lot 1: NHS Devon (the Commissioner) sought a provider to provide safe, effective and agile care to patients who are discharged under the Discharge to Assess (D2A) scheme and are admitted into a residential/nursing home. This will also include end of life patients. The contract term is 1st October 2022 to 30th September 2023 with the option to extend for a further 6 months. Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
