Deer Control Permit – Inchcailloch, Torrinch, and Creinch

NatureScot are offering a permit lease for stalking on 3 islands on Loch Lomond. Initial lease runs 1st November 2023 until 31st March (under Out of Season autherisation); option to continue lease from 1st April till 31st March on rolling contract. Full details are within the SoR document. 1.2 NatureScot requires a more focussed culling effort to address the expanding Fallow deer population on the Loch Lomond Southern Islands. NatureScot is offering a unique opportunity to bid for deer management permission on the following three islands: Inchcailloch, Torrinch, and Creinch. Inchcailloch is approximately 55 hectares, Torrinch is approximately 9 hectares, and Creinch is approximately 7 hectares; refer to map in Annex A. To be clear, this is a package of 3 islands, the successful bidder will have access to all 3 islands.
