Tender description
Oxford City Housing Ltd (OCHL) have selected a preferred contractor to deliver 80 unit housing scheme at Mill Lane Marston, which is a development on the edge of Old Marston, Oxford. The proposed scheme includes a mixture of 1 bed flats as well as 2, 3, and 4 bed houses for shared ownership (SO), and social rent (SR).
