Tender description
The aim is to deliver a minimum of two long term programmes leading to accredited qualifications to support doctors and dentists in training to become confident, visible, clinical leaders, equipped with the skills to deliver organisational objectives and engage the wider workforce. Candidates put forward will be the bright stars of the future who have demonstrated enthusiasm for leadership and undertaken other introductory leadership programmes
