Tender description

The customer had a need to create a clear audience segmentation report that can be used for all campaigns and communications created. The services provided will help the customer understand their Audiences and identify how serving personnel receive their communications. This has a wider purpose as internal communications is to inform and engage employees in a way that motivates staff to maximise their performance and deliver the business strategy most effectively.
