Lot 1: CYP MH Digital Service - Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board Since October 2017, Kooth PLC has provided digital mental healthcare for children and young people (CYP) across Southend, Essex and Thurrock (SET). Kooth PLC (formerly Xenzone) was commissioned by Herts and West Essex ICB (formerly West Essex CCG) as lead commissioners, to pilot a specialised Mental Health (MH) online counselling and support service.
