Tender description
Wigan Council are seeking to appoint a Demolition Consultant through the NHS Shared Business Services - Construction Consultancy Framework (Lot 12 - Ancillary). The successful consultant will support the tendering of a Demolition Contractor through a compliant procurement process. Other duties will include facilitating surveys and submitting planning notices
