Provision of Sphera Cloud to deliver HMPPS Occupational Health Safety & Fire Management software. Up to £301,334.84 (The initial contract value is £150,667.42; the contract value will be up to £301,334.84 to allow commercial flexibility for extensions. Further extensions value will be subject to internal approvals. The extension will be subject to 4% as agreed by HMPPS and Sphera.
