This a statutory or preventative service, does and this a standalone requirement. The Council have a requirement to provide a discounted buildings insurance which is recharged to the mortgagee by Council Provides Social Values Section 2: Service Requirement The key outcomes/outputs is the building insurer needs to be reputable the stakeholders that need be advised of the end product as soon as possible as the renewal date is 01/04/2022 Additionally be sure to include: • The company does not need to be based in Luton • The previous service was based in Spain • Buildings insurance cover • Payments by direct debit and contact by phone • 24 hr emergency claims service preferable Section 3: Budget/Spend Information £3166 includes IPT per annum over 5 years (£15833) with the industry based increments (usually around 4%) Section 4: Performance Measures Able to respond to enquiries within 3 working days.
