The Scottish Government have a broad range of senior leadership roles. To support the leadership, people skills and personal development of senior staff in the Scottish Government we seek to provide a executive counselling service which is designed to enable staff to manage and thrive within the diverse range of opportunities and challenges that arise through their careers.
