Tender description
Leicester City Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified contractor to install and maintain public lighting, signs, street furniture and festive decorations. No tender has been accepted; a decision has been not to award a contract as the tenderers submitted were not affordable and it is considered more economical to bring the service in-house.
