Tender description
The EA will have an overall duty and responsibility to exercise the reasonable skill and care of a person experienced in fulfilling that function on behalf of Hackney Council (the Council). The EA and a supporting team are required to provide comprehensive EA services. The EA services are required from the post planning stage through to the defects stage in full.
