The UK Ministry of Defence intends to award a Three year contract to Cunning Running Software Limited for without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union for the provision of Force Protection Planning Tool (FPPT) software licenses, support and maintenance. It is considered justified for technical reasons under regulation Article 32(2)b(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
