Tender description
Bristol City Council intends to award a contract for the of delivery partner to lead the Changing Futures programme. Changing Futures is a three- year Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) led cross-government funded programme to improve the way that systems and services work to support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage, including a combination of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse and contact with the criminal justice system.
