Tender description
VARIATION of time and value. Provision of the support of a technical advisor who is highly capable, with the knowledge and ability to scrutinise, challenge, and assure research and policy areas surrounding mobile connectivity on the railway. The advisor will need to be able to provide sound advice, with the clear aim of achieving the best outcomes for passengers.
