Tender description
Mainstay Liverpool is an access gateway for accommodation and associated support services for vulnerable groups, with a focus on those with risk factors associated with homelessness. The use of MainStay by commissioned services to manage services within the homelessness sector, is a contractual obligation within existing support contracts and it also enables the council to discharge Statutory Duties relating to Homelessness under the Homelessness Reduction Act
