Land and property investments are rigorously assessed before being considered and the Council needs Independent Second Opinion Advice to ensure our Investment and Regeneration Fund and Torbay Economic Growth Fund are being used wisely. The Council’s intention to ensure resilience of access to Second Opinion Advice is to set up a Standing List of suitably qualified and experienced Advisers.
