About the buyer
Notting Hill Housing Trust is a London housing association that trades as Notting Hill Genesis, with a dedicated procurement team. Smaller opportunities go to an informal quotation round, larger ones to a formal tender inviting at least three suppliers. Notting Hill Genesis also buys through shared frameworks with Procurement for Housing and the Crown Commercial Service. A Responsible Procurement Charter and standard purchase terms set out what is expected of suppliers.
Over the past 5 years, most of Notting Hill Housing Trust's contract awards have been in business services, construction work and education and training.
