According to the IDT, There is actually no net cost to the Constabulary of this proposal as it generates savings of circa £25,000 per annum based on the current AVC contributions profile. HOWEVER, Approximately £8,000 per annum is the payment to be made to AVCWise for providing the service, meaning the net saving is circa £17,000 per annum.
