Tender description

Contract for the appointment of a development partner to form a long term joint venture for the design and delivery of the redevelopment of the Cambridge Road Estate and any associated sites linked to the delivery of Cambridge Road. The Council used a competitive dialogue procedure consisting of 3 stages (Selection, Invitation to take part in dialogue (ITPD) and Invitation to Submit Final Tenders (ITSF)) to award a contract to develop a 50-50 Joint Venture in order to progress the Cambridge Road Estate Regeneration Programme of works. The contract is for a major regeneration and development project to regenerate the 8.6 hectare Cambridge Road Estate and deliver circa 2000 new mixed-tenure homes including replacement homes for current residents over a 10-year period.
