Tender description
The Council manages and maintains approximately 80,000 gullies on the adopted road network using 3 dedicated gully emptiers and a specialist jetter. A new vehicular fleet and new corporate vehicle telemetry system (Masternaut) has left the gully emptying service without a gully performance management system.
