Sell2Wales: Welsh public sector tenders and contract notices
Sell2Wales is the Welsh Government's national advertising portal for public sector contract opportunities. Welsh public bodies use it to publish open notices and invitation-only Quick Quotes. It's free to use for both buyers and suppliers.
The portal carries Welsh public sector notices across the full contract lifecycle, including below-threshold opportunities that don't appear on Find a Tender. Above-threshold Welsh notices are published to Find a Tender as well, so suppliers can track UK-wide and Wales-only opportunities from a single portal. Prime contractors on public contracts also post sub-contract opportunities here.
Welsh Government advertises all of its own contracts above £25,000 on Sell2Wales. For UK above-threshold procurements (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027), the main thresholds start at £135,018 including VAT for central government goods and services, £207,720 for sub-central government, and £5,193,000 for works and utility works. Suppliers from any World Trade Organisation member state can register.
