Changes to the Stotles standard terms and conditions

We are updating our standard terms and conditions to support a new contacts capability in Stotles, which will give you access to contact details for people working in public sector organisations.

Who this applies to

Customers on the Stotles standard terms and conditions. If you hold a negotiated agreement with us, that agreement continues to govern your account and these changes do not apply to you.

What is changing

• Contact use, retention, and related data privacy considerations.
• Security incident notification timelines.
• Termination notice period timelines.
• Liability treatment for intellectual property, export controls, and compliance legislation.

When this takes effect

The updated terms take effect on 28/09/26 and will apply to your use of Stotles from that date. Until then, the current terms continue to apply.
