Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council requires a stock condition modelling report of private accommodation in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area to help identify levels and quality of the private rented stock including what and where are the likely hazards and the levels of energy performance. The demographics of the stock and House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) information are also required. Physical surveys will not be required.
