Tender description

The works consist of builders work, including construction of internal partitions, replacement kitchen facilities, creation of a new external door opening, localised damp treatment, replacement of flooring, and installation of wall protection strips, along with some mechanical and electrical works. The agreement will run for a period of 16 weeks subject to confirmation. It is estimated that the Contract will start on 13 July 2026 Note: This contract will be awarded on the basis of 60% cost and 40% quality. This invitation to quote is in three sections. Section 1 asks for supplier information, including your proposed bidding model. Section 2 includes method statement questions relating to the award criteria for the Contract, to determine which bidder is offering the highest scoring quote. Section 3 is a pricing schedule. Scores will be assigned to the prices by measuring each price against the lowest sustainably priced quote submitted. The lowest priced quote will achieve the maximum score and any prices above the lowest will be allocated a proportionate score. You must submit a completed pricing schedule in order for your quotation to be evaluated.
