Integrated Design Team to Include: Landscape Architect (Lead Consultant and Employers Representative), Civil and Structural Engineer, Urban Drainage Design Specialist, Electrical Services Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Disability Access Consultancy (DAC) and Project Supervisor Design Process Services. Initial Contract for Consultancy Services: The appointed team for the initial project will be responsible for the design, tendering and construction stage administration of the proposed new park development at Sandyford Business District Civic Park for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and Sandyford BID. Stages (i) to (v). Initial Project Description: Development of a new park on an existing 0.8 hectare brownfield site. At: Corrig Road / Carmanhall Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Sandyford, Co. Dublin.
