Description

Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced mechanical contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, testing and certification and minor works throughout the Council’s estate. The contract period will be for an initial 12-month period, i.e. 1st April ’25 to 31st March ‘26 with the option to extend for 2 separate 12-month periods or part thereof up to a maximum of 36 months, subject to review and performance, i.e. up to March 2028.
