The Council is seeking through the procurement exercise to acquire a solution which can provide 240 logical processors, 600GB of memory and 70TB worth of storage. The solution the Council is looking to procure has been a Storage Area Network (SAN) which has multiple storage devices, providing a shared pool of storage space, and the compute been provided by three servers, each been 1U enterprise server, designed to optimize workloads, performance and will reduce the server space required. Lot 101042: NB/24 - On Premise and Compute Storage Hull City Council(The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organizations to Provide On Premise and Compute Storage Services. The Tender is a restricted procedure. The Contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2025 ending by 31st March 2028. The Authority has estimated the value of the services to be £170,000 Overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions. Please ensure all tender submission documents are complete as detailed.
