Contract award; The procurement of a new CT that shall be integrated in our existing radiotherapy environment. The new CT machine will replace our existing Siemens Sensation Open from 2006 [NN1] [BM2], and will be installed in the same room that this machine is currently in. Tenders must also include the disassembly, removal and possibly repurchase of the old CT machine. To be priced in annex 3 Price Sheet. The radiotherapy section currently has a modern equipment park with Varian Medical Systems as the main supplier. The section has 4 accelerators that can deliver advanced VMAT treatments and take pictures with Cone beam CT. Patient administration, treatment, verification, dose planning and picture processing are done in Aria/Eclipse version 15/6. The radiotherapy section treats most forms of cancer in all of the body's organs. The CT machine must, therefore, be able to generate a picture quality that meets this need.
