CT lab for St. Olavs Hospital Trust.

Description

The Picture Diagnostics Clinic at St. Olavs Hospital Trust currently has 6 CT scanners for pure radiological use, and well over 40,000 CT examinations are performed each year. The CT scanners are in operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. One CT is now to be replaced in the Gastro Centre, and the contracting authority would like tenders for a good all-round CT machine that is also particularly suitable for intervention. Lot 1: The CT scanner will be in operation 24 hours a day and will be used for general examinations of all organ systems, including oncology, angiography, colon, child examinations, and emergency examinations. The scanner will be the primary CT intervention laboratory at St. Olavs Hospital, and must be particularly suitable for such use. The machine will also be used on very overweight patients, so the table must tolerate patients of 300 kg or more. It must also be possible to examine restless patients with good quality.
