APUC Ltd is Scotland's Procurement Centre of Expertise for Universities and Colleges. APUC buys on behalf of its members, which are universities and colleges in Scotland. APUC works with the sectors to set up framework contracts for higher and further education. Members also have access to Scottish public sector frameworks set up by Scottish Procurement.
