Voluntary ex ante transparency notice: WAN communication and internet accesses.

Description

Elverum municipality intends to enter into an agreement with Eidsiva Bredbånd AS for the provision of WAN communication and Internet access for the municipality's locations. Eidsiva Bredbånd AS is the current provider and has established connections for high-speed broadband to all of the municipality's locations. The contracting authority considers the position of the current provider to be a sole provider situation where the current provider has established an extensive infrastructure in the municipality which will be impossible for the market in general to compete with. Lot 1: The agreement includes the provision of WAN communication and internet accesses for municipal locations in Elverum Municipality. Scope: The contract period is three years with options for annual extensions for up to seven times. The total agreement period is ten - 10 - years.
