Bufdir will choose one tenderer who will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the products, deliveries and services offered work well together. Sub-deliveries can be carried out subcontractors. 2. Bufdir will choose a tenderer that has domain expertise in networking, is familiar with industry best practice in the field of networking, and can contribute to improving quality in the field of networking at Bufdir. 3. Bufdir will procure a total solution that supports all sub-processes described in the requirement specifications. Product ordering, delivery and deployment, inventory records, and management are the areas most emphasised in the functional evaluation.
