RFQ: Summer Works Category 10 External Works at Scoil San Eoin

Description

Category 10 External Works to a Primary School. The project consists of removal of and shaping existing unsafe boundary trees and stumps, erecting of adequate fencing and remodelling of topography of existing playground to make a universal play area to include, 1. Alteration of existing ground levels to play area, 2. Soft Play area and Drainage, 3. Universal Access to Soft Play area, 4. Removal of North and South Boundary Treatment and 5 Installation of appropriate galvanized fencing to north and south boundary. Tenderers must sign the DoEY Suitability Declaration for Small Works available on the Department Website and if requested to do so must provide the necessary evidence of compliance stated in that document within 7 days, including evidence of annual turnover greater than 1.5 times the sum tendered, and Health and Safety competence. the contract is intended to be awarded to a single main contractor. If a group of contractors apply as a group or joint venture and are successful, either a lead contractor must be nominated who will be responsible for providing the service or a joint venture must be formed with whom the awarding authority will sign the contract.
