The contract comprises of the demolition of existing disused single storey standalone building and the provision of a single storey extension to front / side of existing two storey School Building consisting of 2no. SET Rooms and a 2no. Classroom Special Education Unit, together with the provision of 16no. additional car parking spaces and set down area, secure external soft play areas, sensory garden, additional hard surfaced playground area, relocation of vehicular entrance in roadside boundary wall, new access roadways to car parking area and for emergency vehicles, and all ancillary site development works at Bennekerry National School, Bennekerry, Co. Carlow
