Description
The purpose of this exercise is the procurement of catering and retail opportunities at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton. This procurement is open to suitable food and non-food retail businesses of any size and will be split into 3 lots. The lease term will be up to 10 years with 2 break clauses as set out in the RFP document. Lot 1: The provision of Retail Services to Musgrove Park Hospital which includes (but not limited to) a convenience store, coffee shop, newsagent and on-demand delivered-in services. Bidders are to provide these services during core hours but must be aware that many staff work shifts and require access to hot and cold food 24/7.
