Collection Services (new)

Description

Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for collection services for the municipality's entities. Lot 1: The contract for collection services must, as a starting point, include collection services for all municipal claims except municipal fees and property tax. The prices and terms in the contract must also apply for new areas/new services that are established in the municipality in the contract period. The contract must also include a reminder service for rent invoicing that is carried out by Trondheim Property (system BOEI). The prices and terms stated for the reminder service in the tender must also apply for the reminder service for other invoicing areas if the municipality would like to use an external reminder service for other areas than rent invoicing in the contract period. The primary changes in the tender documents, from the contest that was cancelled 22 November, are specified in Annex 8.
