Verdal municipality intends to enter into a contract with Lindorff AS for loan administration and debt collection services related to the municipality's loan portfolio for start loans and housing subsidies. This involves paying and securing loans, ensuring a depot function, sending payment notifications, reminders and annual statements, implementing changes in loan terms, customer contact and concluding loan conditions. This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice as we believe that there is only one provider in the market that offers loan administration and debt collection services for start loans and subsidies, to the scope and need that Verdal municipality requires. The terms for a procurement without a contest are deemed to be fulfilled, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 letter b).
