Loan administration

Description

Stavanger municipality intends to enter into a contract with Intrum AS for loan administration for the municipality's loan portfolio for start loans. The agreement entails, among other things, the establishment and payment of loans, the distribution of reminders and term notifications, as well as changes in loan terms and interest rate changes. The contract is self-financing as the loan administration service is mainly paid for by each individual borrower, and has, therefore, no contract value in an ordinary sense. The agreement period is 4+1+1 year. Lot 1: This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice as we believe that there is only one provider in the market that offers loan administration for start loans to the scope and need that Oslo municipality requires. The terms for a procurement without a contest are deemed to be fulfilled, c.f. PPR §13-4 b. The contract award notice is published in accordance with §21-5 of the Public Procurement Regulations and with a 10-day deadline for appeal. We request that providers who have objections to the contract award contact us as soon as possible and by the end of the 10 day deadline at the latest (from the date of publication).
