Expression of Interest for Supply of Demonstration Dwellings Built using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)

Housing for All- a new Housing Plan for Ireland is the Government's housing plan to deliver more homes for people with different housing needs. Housing for All (Action 23.9) calls for a culture of good quality sustainable innovation in residential construction through the development of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) including the establishment of a Demonstration Park for MMC and is led by Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment and Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
