Respond - 24/7 Responsive and Voids - 2026-2029

Description

Respond are looking to procure new contractors to carry out 24/7 responsive maintenance and voids across their stock, currently over 9,500 properties serving over 20,000 people. They have engaged with consultants, Impart links, to manage this procurement process. The stock has been split into 9 geographical lots and Respond are looking to appoint 2 contractors per lot. The total estimated annual value of works is €7,500,000. The contracts will be 3 years with two additional 12 month optional extension periods. Contractors can bid for, and be awarded, multiple lots. There will be a Pre Market Engagement Webinar on Friday 5th June @ 11:30am via Teams. Respond would like to gather feedback on the proposed tender structure and gauge market interest in this procurement.
