Preliminary Market Consultation for Coolaghknock Glebe Mixed Tenure Housing Development via Developer Agreement

KCC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced development partner for the design, construction, delivery and sale of a mixed-tenure residential development at Coolaghknock Glebe, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare. The proposed development is based upon the approved Part 8 residential scheme comprising: • 131 residential units consisting of: • 42 no. one-bedroom own-door apartment/duplex units • 36 no. two-bedroom houses • 45 no. three-bedroom houses• • 8 no. four-bedroom houses • 1 no. childcare facility (crèche) of approximately 325 sq.m • Public open space, recreational facilities and natural play areas • All associated site development works and infrastructure Kildare County Council is now undertaking this Preliminary Market Consultation to engage with the market and obtain feedback from potential development partners, contractors, funders and other interested stakeholders. The consultation will assist the Council in assessing market interest, understanding current market conditions and informing the development of an appropriate procurement and delivery strategy for the proposed residential development at Coolaghknock Glebe, Kildare Town.
