Fitout and Building Works Framework to ESB properties, including a number of leased premises, when required on a National Scale within the Republic of Ireland. The contract will include Capital Works of a determined scale and complexity excluding preventative and planned maintenance. Ability to offer Fit-out and General Building Services. This may include but is not limited to; a) Fit - outs of offices, stores and garage buildings b) Works to building fabrics c) Upgrades to existing M&E systems and installation of new systems d) Installations of Security and access control systems e) External work to yards and compounds Ability to undertake the role of PSCS. Operate to and promote the highest Health & Safety and Environmental standards. Provide a quality service with the capacity to provide added value. Provide for the management of domestic and client appointed sub-contractors. Lot 1: ESB Fitout and Building Works Framework - Greater Dublin Area Fitout and Building Works Framework to ESB properties, including a number of leased premises, when required on a National Scale within the Republic of Ireland. The contract will include Capital Works of a determined scale and complexity excluding preventative and planned maintenance. Ability to offer Fit-out and General Building Services.
