Lot 1: NTNU has entered into a contract for the procurement of a Holographic microscope that shall be used for biological purposes, studies related to cells and exosomes The unit must allow studies related to sessile liquid drops (1-2 mm) on solid surfaces. Flexible configuration of magnification, preferable from 10x to 50x. With a field of view of at least 100 micrometres for biological applications and larger for sessile drop studies (1-2 mm). Camera with at least 100 fps. Possibility of future upgrading of camera and microscope to fluorescence microscopy.
