Description

The NDFA has been commissioned to build an initial 20 schools for the Department of Education and Skills under the Devolved Schools Build Programme 2 (‘DSBP2’) which may be expanded to include further projects in the future. The NDFA intends to publish a contract notice on e-Tenders and on OJEU for establishment of a design and build (DB) contractor framework panel in Q4 2020, with the first framework call-off expected in approximately Q2 2021 for the first bundle of 7 Nr schools. (Further information is included in the supplementary information document.
