Electrical installation work

Description

The contracts for the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) remediation works shall be carried out at existing schools across the Republic of Ireland. This is a prior information notice (PIN) in relation to identifying suitably resourced MEP Services companies to execute relevant MEP remediation and associated builders works to existing schools. The works shall be carried out during the summer school holidays (when the schools will be vacated) and also possibly during school academic terms (during which the schools will be partially or fully occupied). The works contracts shall include the following services and works: MEP remediation works, project and construction team management, PSCS, procurement of subcontracts and management of materials and subcontracting supply chain, preliminaries (including security, access provision and control, temporary works design, site temporary construction facilities) and all associated temporary and permanent (e.g. builders work) remediation works required to remediate MEP Systems and installations within existing schools.
