The Authority hereby requires a service contractor to perform periodic planned maintenance, testing and servicing of all specified automatic door systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions and as set down in the relevant standards Lot 1: Maintenance of Automatic Doors - Aberdeen City To carryout maintenance, servicing and repairs of Automatic Doors across NHS Grampian’s sites within Aberdeen City and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI). Please see Appendix D, Asset List for more information Lot 2: Maintenance of Automatic Doors - Aberdeenshire To carryout maintenance, servicing and repairs of Automatic Doors across NHS Grampian’s sites within Aberdeenshire areas. Please see Appendix D, Asset List for more information Lot 3: Maintenance of Automatic Doors - Moray To carryout maintenance, servicing and repairs of Automatic Doors across NHS Grampian’s sites within Moray and environs.
